The gleaming machine has more extras than moving parts. There are 81 lights front and back and 34 mirrors.
When the scooter is on the move and all lit up, it looks like a huge yellow flame from the front and a huge red flame from the rear, according to awed locals in Market Bosworth, Leicestershire.
Bryn, a school leaver, bought the eye-catching accessories out of his pocket money, he may even splash out on one more light when he can lose his L-plate to make room for it
