The majestic Collett Castle class No. 5051 Drysllwyn Castle gracefully rolls into Hatton station on a chilly winter day, marking its triumphant return after 17 long years of restoration from a scrapyard wreck. The year is 1980, and the former GWR London Paddington - Birmingham mainline witnesses history in motion as this iconic steam train embarks on its first run since withdrawal in 1963. With sheer determination and meticulous craftsmanship, Drysllwyn Castle has been brought back to life to proudly haul the vintage carriage rake belonging to the esteemed Great Western Society.
