A duel with foils took place outside The George Hotel in Crawley Sussex today between Dennis Conroy 21, and Nick Harton 22 yrs both of Langley Green, Crwaley Sussex. The fight was over a local school teacher, both men drew blood and after ten minutes fencing they shook hands and called a halt. Dennis Conroy left and Nick Harton right with dressings on their wounds after the fight. August 1966 P004967
