Ankhrekhu is shown seated with a barefoot left foot, while his right foot is folded under him. He wears a cloak that covers his shoulders and chest, leaving his arms exposed. The intricate folds of his garment are expertly carved, adding to the lifelike quality of the statue. Ankhrekhu's face is expressive, with a serene yet alert gaze, and his ears are adorned with delicate hieroglyphs. The hieroglyphic inscription on the statue's base identifies Ankhrekhu by name and his official title.
