Sano di Pietro, also known as Ansano di Pietro di Mencio (1406-1481), was a prominent Sienese painter of the Quattrocento period in Italy. This exquisite oil on wood painting, titled "Noble Wedding," dates back to 1472 and is currently housed in the Archivio di Stato (Provincial Archives) in Siena, Italy.
