VISUAL DESCRIPTION
This is a vintage poster advertising the "Flugturniertage Garmisch Partenkirchen" event, which took place from January 31 to February 1, 1925. It features a stylized image of a skier in black attire with the number 4 on their back, poised and looking towards a biplane flying among mountain peaks. The text at the bottom reads "Flug um die Zugspitze," indicating that this was an aviation tournament around Germany's highest peak, Zugspitze. The artwork has a strong Art Deco influence typical of the era and uses bold shapes and limited colors to create dynamic visual interest. A signature at the bottom right corner attributes it to an artist whose name appears as 'Ludwig Hohlwein', who was known for his poster art during that period.
