Scented Solomons Seal is a perennial herb native to Europe, Asia, and North America. It is named after the Solomon Islands, where it was first discovered, and the Latin term "odoratum," meaning "fragrant," referring to its delightful, sweet scent, which is reminiscent of lilies. This botanical illustration is taken from Diederich von Schlechtendal's renowned publication, "Flora von Deutschland," published in Jena, Germany, in 1871.
