The pub, a cherished local institution, once welcomed patrons with its inviting red brick exterior and ornate signage bearing the image of the ancient White Hart, a mythical creature with a heart in place of its chest. The pub's rich history can be traced back to the Wenlock Brewery Company, Limited, which operated the establishment as part of its portfolio. The main section of this print showcases a face-on view of the pub, with its intricate architectural details and the warm glow emanating from its windows, inviting passersby to step inside for a pint and a friendly chat. The reverse side of the print, available upon request, reveals an intriguing floor plan of the White Hart as it stood in July 2018. Unfortunately, this beloved pub is no longer in operation. By 2009, the White Hart had been converted into solicitors' flats, marking the end of an era for this cherished community gathering place.
