The back of the print reveals intriguing historical details about the pub. The trading record indicates that the Links Hotel had been in operation since at least 1929 and was still thriving in the 1960s. However, by July 2018, the pub had been demolished, and a new establishment named The Kings Fairway had taken its place. This photograph offers a glimpse into the past, transporting us back to a time when the Links Hotel was a beloved local watering hole in Ashford.
