The Jolliffe Arms, a cherished public house located in the heart of Merstham, Surrey, once stood proudly as a beloved watering hole and gathering place for the local community. The photograph captures the pub's distinctive facade, with its ornate brickwork and inviting front entrance. The Jolliffe Arms, a popular destination for both residents and travelers, was a staple of the Merstham scene for many years. However, as of July 2018, the pub had closed its doors for the last time. Now, the once bustling establishment has been transformed into the Vojan Indian restaurant. The building, with its rich history and character, continues to serve the community in a new capacity. Although the Jolliffe Arms may no longer be a pub, its legacy lives on in the memories of those who frequented it and the enduring charm of its historic facade.
