This print from the Liszt Collection showcases the incredible artwork of Utagawa Kuniyoshi, a renowned artist from 1798 to 1861. Created between 1826 and 1830, this woodcut masterpiece titled "MActAcsei kAcmei unri kAcngAc sAcman dokkasei kAcryAc, Motosei Komei, Unri Kongo Soma (MActAcsei kAcmei unri kAcngAc sAcmAn dokkasei kAcrYac, Motosei Komei, Unri KongO Soma, and Rokkasei Koryo)" consists of two sheets measuring 36.4 x 24.7 cm for the left panel and 36 x 24.8 cm for the right panel. The print depicts three fierce warriors in vivid colors and intricate details. Each warrior represents a different era: MAct Acsei during the Meiji period, Unri KangA during the Edo period, and Soman Dokkasei during ancient times.
