In 1957, at Parkfield Corner, he showcased his exceptional skills during the Ultra Lightweight TT race. The following year, he emerged victorious in the Lightweight category and solidified his status as a force to be reckoned with. During the thrilling showdown of Carlo Ubbiali (MV) against Tarquinio Provini at the 1959 Lightweight TT event, it was evident that these two titans were destined for greatness. However, it was Provini who led the pack with unwavering determination. An unforgettable moment occurred in 1957 when Italy dominated solo whitewash at an international level - a testament to their prowess in motorcycle racing. And leading this charge was none other than Tarquinio Provini himself astride MV Agusta. Once again riding for MV Agusta in 1958's Lightweight TT competition, Tarquinio showcased why he was considered one of Italy's finest racers ever known.
