Intriguingly enough, amidst his regal duties, the Maharajah had a peculiar fascination for skate - stingray and thornback ray. Speaking of mysteries, there once existed a captivating story known as "The Princess and the Tiger. Venturing beyond India's borders to Bouley Bay in Jersey's British Channel Islands reveals yet another fascinating creature: the small-eyed Ray (Raja microocellata).
