The Peredvizhniki Group, also known as the Wanderers or Itinerants, was a prominent Russian artistic movement in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This group of artists sought to break away from the traditional academic style and bring art closer to the people. One of their notable works is "The Night before the Exam" painted in 1935 by an unknown artist.
