As night falls over his sanctuary, an unexpected visitor appears—the lesser false vampire bat Megaderma spasma glides gracefully under the moonlit sky. Fascinated by its mysterious nature, Hermann cherishes every encounter as a reminder of life's diversity. Amongst his vineyard adorned with luscious grapes from Vitis vinifera vines stands a lime tree Tilia ulmifolia offering shade and serenity, and is here where friends gather under its branches for laughter-filled conversations about life’s wonders. And finally, near the riverbank grows a magnificent black poplar tree Populus nigra—a symbol of resilience against adversity—reminding him that even amidst challenges one can find strength within themselves.
