Henry Fuseli (1741-1825) was a renowned Swiss painter and draughtsman known for his dramatic and imaginative works. One of his notable paintings is "Gertrude, Hamlet and the Ghost of the Father" from 1793, where he captures the intense moment between Gertrude, Hamlet, and the ghostly figure of Hamlet's father.
