Their presence added an air of sophistication amidst courtly affairs. Artistic depictions further immortalize these warriors' legacy. The Master of Playing Cards beautifully portrays Saint Sebastian as a symbol of strength and resilience while wielding his trusty crossbow dating back to the 15th century.
