Police Public Call Box, London

A police officer using a Police Public Call Box on a London street. The Metropolitan Police introduced police boxes throughout the London area between 1928 and 1937. The one pictured is a Mackenzie Trench style police box, made famous by the long-running TV series, Doctor Who. The boxes were installed so that members of the public could make emergency calls to the police, but many boxes are now disused or have been withdrawn from service because of the prevalence of the mobile phone

Strip tease card game - Theatre suit - Producer. A game which features characters involved in performing (and subsequently prosecuting and defending) a striptease. The complex rules allow for two variants of the game, providing for prosecution of the person (or theatre) presenting the striptease.

Reprisal! by H M Bateman

Reprisal! by H M Bateman - humorous illustration of what can happen if a woman decides to wear trousers. In this scene the reprisal for the wife wearing trousers is that her husband has taken to wearing a dress. The stand off is shown in the expressions on their faces, pure defiance, a stale mate. They are both smoking angrily.
