The 14 year-old had earlier scored 10.0 in the team uneven bars, the first time in modern Olympic gymnastics history that the score had ever been awarded. She scored an additional six 10s as she captured gold in the all-around, beam and uneven bars titles, bronze in the floor exercises, and silver with Romania in the team competition.
