William Strutt Collection

William Strutt (1825-1915) was an English painter and sculptor. He was born in Derby, England and studied at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. He is best known for his paintings of rural scenes, often featuring sheep or cows grazing in a meadow. His work has been exhibited extensively throughout Europe and the United States.
