Charles-Francois Hutin (1732-1807) was a French painter and engraver of the 18th century. He was born in Paris, France and studied under Jean Restout. Hutin worked mainly in the Rococo style, creating paintings of mythological scenes, religious subjects, portraits and landscapes. His works were highly praised by his contemporaries for their delicate brushwork and vibrant colors. He created several large-scale frescoes for churches in Paris as well as many smaller works on canvas or paper.
