Henry Fuseli Collection

Henry Fuseli (1741-1825) was a Swiss painter and draughtsman who is best known for his works in the Romantic style. He studied art in Zurich, then moved to London in 1779, where he became a successful artist. His paintings often featured supernatural or mythological themes, such as his famous work The Nightmare (1781).
