Thomas Davies is an artist and arts educator from the United Kingdom. He has a degree in Fine Art from the University of Leeds and has been working as an artist for over 10 years. His work focuses on exploring the relationship between people, place and identity through painting, drawing, photography and video. He is also interested in exploring themes of memory, nostalgia and belonging. He has exhibited his work internationally in galleries such as Tate Modern, The Saatchi Gallery and The Royal Academy of Arts. In addition to his artistic practice he is also a lecturer at several universities across Europe where he teaches courses on contemporary art practices. Thomas Davies's artwork provides viewers with an insight into his personal experiences while also raising questions about our shared human experience.
