Luigi Ademollo (1764-1849) was an Italian painter of the Neoclassical period. He was born in Milan and studied at the Brera Academy under Giocondo Albertolli and Francesco Hayez. His early works were mainly religious paintings, but he soon turned to historical subjects, including scenes from the French Revolution. He also painted portraits of prominent figures such as Napoleon Bonaparte, Pope Pius VII, and King Victor Emmanuel I of Sardinia.
