Troops from the Light Dragoons are back doing their normal activities after helping the country cope with the flooding over the festive period.
Around 200 troops are now being trained as gunners - working into the night to practice their shooting at Warcop Training Area in Cumbria.
The night-firing exercise makes for a breath taking sight with the blast of flares over the hillside, the glow of tracers across the range and flash of muzzle blasts
