Fierce Snake Collection

The Fierce Snake, also known as the Inland Taipan, is a highly venomous snake found in Australia, and is considered to be the world's most venomous land snake and has been recorded as having the most toxic venom of any land snake, and is a large, fast-moving species that can reach lengths of up to 2 meters. The Fierce Snake has an olive-brown back with yellowish sides and a white belly. Its head is usually darker than its body and it has distinctive black bands around its neck and tail. Its diet consists mainly of small mammals such as rodents and birds, but it will also eat other reptiles including lizards. The Fierce Snake prefers dry habitats such as grasslands or scrublands but can also be found in wooded areas near water sources. Although it is rarely encountered by humans due to its shy nature, if provoked it can deliver a potentially fatal bite with its long fangs located at the front of its mouth.
