Serval Collection

Serval is a wild cat native to Africa, and is one of the largest of the small cats, with a body length of up to 70 cm (28 in) and a weight of up to 18 kg (40 lb). Its coat is yellowish-brown with black spots and stripes, and its ears are large and pointed, and are carnivores that hunt mainly at night, using their long legs and large feet to leap over obstacles while chasing prey. They feed on rodents, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects, eggs and carrion. Servals also use their long necks to reach into burrows for food. They live in grasslands near water sources such as rivers or lakes where they can find plenty of prey, and are solitary animals that mark their territories with urine or feces; they communicate through scent marking as well as vocalizations such as meowing or growling.
