Ibex are a species of wild mountain goat found in the mountainous regions of Europe, North Africa, and Asia, and are members of the Bovidae family, which includes antelopes, cattle, sheep, and goats. They have long horns that curve backwards and can reach up to two feet in length. They have thick coats that help them survive in cold climates and their hooves are adapted for climbing steep slopes.
