General view shows fragments of the cover for the first nuclear reactor, which was shut down at the end of 2004, at the Ignalina Nuclear Power Station, about 130 km (80.8 miles) northeast of the capital Vilnius, January 8, 2007. Lithuania could double the size of a planned nuclear power plant to replace the Ignalina Nuclear Power Station if Poland becomes the fourth country to join the project as expected, the head of one of the companies involved said on Thursday.
